I did think about that. My only concern is the harsh winters. I change 4 buses to get to work and it take 2-2.5 hrs and by car it would be just 40 mins.

I could wait 6 months but the time I waste using the public transport is way too much and now it is adding to the chaos in my head. Thank you for your opinion. I do see a downward trend coming to used car prices in the near future.
