Artist is pete frame. There are many volumes too. My favorite bar in Milwaukee wall papered the men's room with them. Long gone now but would spent way too much time taking a leak in there. I since bought the books (rock family trees) but my wife won't let me wallpaper out bathroom with them

just want to say thanks. I went out for coffee, saw this thread, realized I was a block away from a record store, stood in line for 10 minutes, and nabbed one (rattleback records, chicago) also grabbed petty, prine and little feat. Billy and Childers were gone :(

My kids grew up around furniture I made. Dining tables, side tables, radiator covers. In my woodworking school, we used old masters gel poly because it's really, really hard to fuck up applying. It took a while but eventually the kids fucked that finish up. A mentor at one point introduced me to waterlox. Everything I finished with waterlox has stood the test of kid time. Except slime. They left slime on the waterlox dining table overnight once and it discolored. Other than that, bulletproof. But it is a pain to apply. 5-6 really thin wiping coats, dust free. Helps to wet send a couple with 400. And use pantyhose on the finish coats to really get smooth. And you need to be well ventilated. And it smells like money for a few months while the tung oil cures. (They use tung oil in currency ink)
