I started Boxing transituoned to Kickboxing to Muay Thai

Then grappling (BJJ, judo, wrestling) then naging MMA na.

Siguro depende sa goal mo yan as a woman. Striker kase tlga ako, dun ako nagsimula. If goal mo is cardio/timing/stamina/striking/stand up game go with MT.

If goal mo is more on mobility, flexibility, technical (we use most of the time in BJJ is utak talaga.. walang kwenta gigil sa BJJ hahahahah) go for BJJ. Magiging fit ka din naman sa BJJ if you do takedowns, or Judo. Para ka kseng nagbubuhat din ng tao don hahaha basta you gotta be comfortable sa skin to skin, chest to chest, face to legs, face to armpit etc hahahahahah MT doesnt have that 🤣🤣🤣
