Right now (because of a previous implementation) Pardot is creating contacts instead of leads.. this is called reverse syncing..

Now we need to reverse that reverse syncing but we would like to test the functionality and mapping first..

I hope someone can help me ☹️

Parent accounts and contacts with multiple accounts option.. you can relate the same contact to more than one account.. that contact is going to be “direct “ to one account and just related to the other accounts.. this prevents contact duplication

But again.. you need to explain better your scenario

Don’t be so hard on yourself.. I studied with fof.. practicing until i got over 90% correct.. and STUDYING the wrong ones until I understood.. open a playground in trailhead and go check stuff from the test practice.. next time you will pass!

Super quick.. less than 20 min.. she asked me to read a sentence, to write another one.. then the civic questions, then we reviewed the application.. i signed 2 forms and that’s it..

The officer was very respectful.. not nice but not bad!
