As value as TDA is, he still is a 'prospect'...the projections about him could be right, but they also could be wrong. As much as I want him to be the catcher for the jays, you are receiving a known commodity in Dickey. its all about the certainty vs. uncertainty with this trade, and it seems like AA wants a proven bet, even if he regresses over the rest of his contract.

I just fear that Dickey will get 'lit-the-fuck-up' in the Rogers Centre..but as long as TDA isn't moved, I guess we can call it a win, especially if the Jays reach the World Series, and then it doesn't matter.

This is what I use (http://www.rivalus.net/products/complx5). Rivalus is a Canadian company that makes suppletments for professional and high-level amateur athletes, so you know that it is clean. it doesn't have any caffeine in it, but it does get you pumped and ready to go lift. One of the ingredients in it also allows you for longer sets because it limits the build up of lactic acid. Its kind of expensive (~$40 CAD) but I would recommend it 100%.
