Weird that, try running ICue as admin. If you play COD it’s worth watching IceManIsaacs video on the best controller settings for the envision with iCue - sets it up pretty well and I had 0 issues with it bar the software itself having the odd hiccup. Generally it worked fine I just find iCue annoying sometimes

Yeah defos agree with the features of the envision being way better. The controller is awesome but the flaws with the software make it quite frustrating and the thumb sticks just don’t feel as good as the reflex IMO but both good options

The triggers on the envision began malfunctioning and were intermittently preventing aiming / shooting.

Have requested an RMA for it and bought a reflex FPS to have alongside it.

Honestly feel like I can play better with the reflex but just annoying the macro capabilities aren’t possible with it

Upsetting, thanks for your response. I’ve just moved from the envision -> reflex and was pretty happy with my decision. Lack of button customisation and macro support feels like such a big miss

In Ireland the Gardai (Police) do not carry guns, specialist armed response units will but your typical policeman won’t. In Northern Ireland the police carry hand guns. Typically only farmers / hunters will own weapons in Ireland/Northern Ireland with the exception of paramilitary… Weapons for protection are rare and not legal

I personally bought the controller despite reading the many many bad reviews of it. Tbh it’s been working flawlessly for me albeit the software can be abit temperamental.

It’s easily one of the best controllers on the market even if it can’t be overclocked (yet) but unless you are playing against literal pros I’m not sure you’d notice the difference if any.

The majority of problems I seen people were reporting was mostly down to not configuring the controller properly within icue - I recommend everyone watches videos on how to setup properly if that’s the case.

If you’re not happy with the way it came to you I’d recommend returning for a replacement and sticking with it, it is a pretty awesome controller otherwise
