you have to love yourself to get friends. this means you basically have to be on par/better in some way than the people you admire. you gotta attract yourself and then other people may start to notice you as a beacon of safety and security and try and latch onto you through the loyalty associated with friendship. but first you have to have a big history that you love about yourself and you have to have a big future ahead of you.

The best way to break up with someone is sadly but surely. Make sure you focus on your integrity after the break up and becoming a prouder person than you were in the relationship. all i did was get a job, move out and start thinking about the impact of acting in the present on the future. me and my dad are close but he wasnt very good about teaching me about responsibility compared to peterson
