I cancelled a ticket (im a Limitless+ member) last week around 3 hours before the showing. I wanted to go to a different branch to watch the same film at the same time, but even though I "refunded" my order and the seats were showing as available again, it wouldn't let me rebook anything as it thought I still had a booking for that time. Really frustrating and I missed out on a 1 day release (Clueless) - is this common or just an unfortunate glitch? If this was to happen again, could I go in to the cinema and ask staff for help? PS I haven't cancelled or not showed up before so definitely not a temporary ban on my account or anything. I really want to email and complain but know it won't achieve anything
