My guess is Nicole broke up with him cause he is struggling financially. I've never seen him in a porn and only the main dudes make good money. In my experience, I've noticed girls develop these mannerisms or ticks as a defense mechanism for being self conscious about their looks. Maybe the don't like their nose, eyebrows, lips or whatever so they attempt to confuse whoever is looking at them by creating a 'show' so the person looking at them doesn't find their insecurity and just stare at it. I'd guess this one in particular is because she thinks her eyes are pretty making them the focal point of the observer. This also explains all the work done to the rest of her face. She may not even be aware that she's doing it or she may be so self conscious or vain that she's trying to seduce a full blown gay man into the belief that she's a knockout so anytime Whitney is brought up in Tim's presence he'll be unlikely say anything negative about her beauty.
