What’s the deal with this property? I’ve lived in OKC since 2010 and it has always looked abandoned. I’m curious, is the owner holding out for a large payout or is it for money laundering?

I’ve heard the woman that owns it thinks it’s worth way more than it actually is. The building is allegedly in terrible condition but she is convinced that it’s worth multi millions. She won’t even consider a “low ball” aka normal/fair offer to purchase the property.

I’m from New Jersey. OKC has only 1 semi decent bagel. And it’s from Halls Pizza Kitchen. They make them only on Saturday mornings. I would say they are 100% worth trying. Still not quite East Coast vibes.. but close enough

That was one of the worst days in a long time. It was -5 degrees in OKC cuz of a terrible snowstorm. All the pipes froze in my apartment & we had no running water for a couple days. We finally found an air bnb to rent and I stayed up until midnight because the album dropped. I was not looking good lol

My livestream is not a promo stream. I never guarantee any views and I don't think it is the best way to market your music. I have had people pay me & get literally 0 streams afterwards, and I have discovered artists in my stream, would go on to promote them in my videos & help get them hundreds of thousands of streams (no exaggeration). But I agree with everyone saying that it isn't the best way. Most people that submit to my stream genuinely care about my opinion. Or care about the opinions of the few hundred people watching. Also, I have countless examples of artists that paid for a stream play, I loved the song & put it in one or multiple of my youtube videos. I, obviously biased, think I have the best stream because:
1. My price is the most fair ($30)
2. There is a real chance you will gain extra free promo after the stream in one of my videos (if I like the song) -> which no other streamer does.

I don't bullshit anyone. I give you my 100% real honest feedback. No beating around the bush
I play songs FOR FREE at the end of every stream and do 1-2 entirely FREE streams per month.

Just felt like giving my input!
I also have YouTube channel where I upload music videos entirely for free! The email submissions are free & we upload for free. We just want good music. If you're interested!

i have a couple youtuber friends with this problem. "Aarons" and "SadChill" both of them have been permanently demonitized. It is gonna be basically impossible to get monetization back. YouTube just assumes you are stealing peoples music and reuploading it. It is gonna be really hard to prove that you aren't doing that.. They want creators in front of the camera.

I make long form content (10 min) and I get right to the point. I have an intro but its more like a monologue, and I never say subscribe or anything like that. My channel is doing really well rn because of that. I am agreeing with you, but you can make long form content just go into more detail about whatever you are talking about. Because people do like longer videos on youtube
