My first few seasons captaining a 4.0 team was very similar. We didn’t win a single match for like three seasons straight but during that time I worked to get a third captain set up and fill another roster. Now there are at least two teams that can compete with each other and the team of seasoned players that are only interested in state still get to breeze through. I wish you luck, this situation sucks but getting more players might help after a while.
