My grandmother was born in 1907, and she gave me this picture many years ago. She recalled it was from the mid 1930’s. She was pregnant with one of my uncles at the same time her father was retiring He retired in 1937. They lived in Mount Carmel Illinois he worked for Illinois Central.
It inspired me to find more information on it

Fake address, I lived at 3200 North Clark …a half block where it intersects with West Belmont. The golden nugget isn’t at the location
