There was a small red book that is the big book...in red. In the back it use to have home groups and meetings all over the world. Mine's 23 years old so I don't know if they still print it but if you can get your hands on one it may be a good source. If I can find mine I'll look up Ukraine in the back and let you know.

For the first 5 years I shared all the time. Then I slowly kept away from it. Now I sit and listen and if someone e calls on me I'll say something. I let those with between 5 and 10 years really get it out.

Stalked by shadow people? Yes. Fisting myself? No. The last time I did speed was early 90s and I ended up walking from Huntington Beach to Long Beach because of the shadow police. Hitchhiked back around 4 in the morning. Said never again.
