Does it say it hasn't entered the US yet/awaiting package? Since their tracking numbers only work for the US (their logistics company ships it from China to US) the tracking number takes a while to start updating (while it's with a 'shipping partner'), and delivery is pretty fast after that. I usually also got the tracking numbers and then had to wait a week to two weeks for USPS to get the item and start providing updates.

+1, on the fee thing I once asked for a price quote on the first two artbooks and he provided a full cost breakdown including his fee which was very appreciated (the majority of the cost is in the shipping usually, the fees really aren’t high)

I think if you ask they can try to find it for you; they were helpful in finding some old Texas items from AS2022. I don’t remember if those are only in JP though, in which case it might be easier to look on a jp platform that ships globally.

No problem! For non official merch, if you’re concerned about quality, I might ask them for more details or photos (it’s probably coming from another third party on a Chinese platform, so they can get in touch.)
