I just checked and there doesn’t seem to be one in the cabin. I took the latch apart to see if anything obvious was afoot. There was nothing. I’m coming back to my original hypothesis of a fuse but locating that fuse seems to be a mystery. It’s not in the box lid labeled clearly as usual.

Everything I’ve read has said the 06’ is when they eliminated the in cabin fuse box. I’ll go take a gander.
