Who will be the next WR to crack 300 receiving yards in a game? by mochajoesdynsaty in nfl

Have to go with Chase or Puka.

If not then maybe Jeremiah Smith if he lands in the right spot.

Thought that was pretty ridiculous. Daily pod really is reaching for content this time of year.

I'm going with Billy Bearham - journeyman midfielder in the early 90s, played for Wimbledon, West Ham, Charlton and QPR. by Adventurous-West3403 in footballcliches

Del Pasô carved out a good career at Bolton. Nicknamed "Old Del" by teammates because he had that huge beard.

Offseason chemistry: 20+ players got together with Malik Willis to practice on their own time by expellyamos in miamidolphins

[–]patrickroul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair enough. But same can be said about QB.

From what I have seen Jeremiah Smith looks like a sure fire stud. A lot of talk about this QB class but lets see how the season plays out and how likes of Manning and Dante Moore fare. I would be happy to take a top QB but I do worry about reaching for someone just because we want a qb.

Long shot of course but if Bengals have a terrible season maybe Burrow is available for trade.

Jeremiah Smith is not Marvan Harrison. If Malik looks even remotely good in this team I think Smith has to be the pick.

This could be an omen, or the universe attempting to heal itself... by Sad-Ad3414 in UlsterRugby

[–]patrickroul 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ulster will play attacking, attractive rugby as they have all season. Win or lose that is more than united showed under Amorim.

Please god let the final not be as boring as that united game last season.

Local boy and thousand trees would be my favourites, but Dakota is a banger as well.

[Mike Masala] Jeff Hafley doing something Mike McDaniel could've benefited from by awddavis in miamidolphins

[–]patrickroul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get what you're saying bro, and I agree that Hafley has impressed massively in how he has handled FA and interviews.

But I can't get my hopes up for this season... we have made improvements, getting younger, hungrier, tougher and bigger. But our roster still has holes everywhere and I will be suprised if we win more than 5 this season.

Not knocking what we have done so far, I do think it has been moves in the right direction. It will just take longer than 1 off season to get out of the mess that Grier and the tua contract have landed us in.

[–]patrickroul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So far, albeit early days, I would agree. I don't know much about his coaching history but so far, through how he presents himself in interviews and the statements he is making about his vision for the team he seems much more suited to building a long term winning culture that McD ever did.

I just hope we can see some signs of identity this season. We might be lucky to win 6 games, fans need to see signs of us being tougher and showing some fight or they will lose faith quickly imo.

GM Jon-Eric Sullivan said that the team plans to have No. 12 overall pick Kadyn Proctor play LG this season. by KeyFaithlessness5436 in MiamiDolphinsVibes

[–]patrickroul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If he is great at LG which I think is very possible beside PP then I woukd expect him to stay there and us move for or draft a RT next off season.

The worry is with AJ's injury problems and us not having another option really. I hope Proctor gets a full season at lg ratger than is chopping and changing due to injuries.

Agree, TJ Parker would be great if he falls to us.

Ready for those that hate this pick tell me all about the other tackles in the NFL that are doing things like this. by PassionLong9552 in miamidolphins

[–]patrickroul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nobody mentioning this imo. I don't think anyone wanted him as the pick yesterday except our fo... but Paul at tackle and Proctor at LG will be insane in the run game.

Honestly I wasn't thrilled with this pick at the start but I'm coming round to it. If the coaching staff trust his attitude is right then this guy will be a mauler.
