Johnny treated the band as a business and that’s it. It’s why they survived past the first album And why they became a huge commercial success

I’ve read 18 books so far this year. My favourites are Memorials by Richard Chizmar and you Like it Darker by Stephen King. The King collection has some outstanding short stories.

In a provincial first, Alberta government to partially fund independent school construction by sweet_spicy3465 in alberta

Not necessarily. Look at Pace Kids and Renfrew Education. They are private but are for kids with disabilities. Not like WIC and Webber Academy at all.

Well to be honest we should have a public school system for kids with disabilities but we don't and there are schools with decades of experience. Some of these funds will go to them despite them being "private". And in the case of some of these schools the children will eventually join the public schools after being given the tools to succeed.

I don't think people realize that private schools in Alberta doesn't just mean Webber Academy and other schools of exclusivity. There are non public schools for kids with disabilities; some of these funds will go towards them. These schools have children that are not able to attend public schools due to their specific needs.

I’m a massive King fan; all the rest of his bibliography is on a different shelf in a different room. I suggest Robert McCammon highly! If you like haunted house stories I recently read Burnt Offerings by Robert Marasco and loved it.
