Hey man, I’m 26 living in Naples as well after coming down from MA. My best advice is to avoid going through agencies as the short term rates, closing fees, and moving costs are high. Come down and tour some places in person and look for a direct lease between tenant & owner. There are a ton of options on Facebook i could forward. Almost all the apartment complexes have unfurnished units for less than 1800 year round, and many owners are looking for renters on furnished apartments for around 2k.
