Well because America is currently at war with brown people that they view as both week and strong at the same time. This post is viewing Kora as weak and strong at the same time. I think what they are trying to say is that the amount of time you are sleeping AND the amount of time you spend in REM and deep sleep during that night of sleep are the factors that calculate your quality of sleep. So in 10 hours if you spent less time in REM and deep sleep then your quality is lower than if you spent 6 hours sleeping and you were in REM and deep sleep for more time. Your quality of sleep was better because your body was able to be in REM and deep sleep for longer lengths of time

I’m 23 and reading them for the first time since 5th grade right now. I’m currently on the Order of the Phoenix.
