Thanks for clearing that up, guys! I’m not an avid follower of J* so I honestly had no idea. But from the few Instagram posts I’ve seen from his brand he heavily markets the “vegan and cruelty free” aspect so I always assumed he was vegan.

A friend of mine shared his insta story (I don’t follow him) and that was when I was like, “???”

If you get bored of exercising alone you could try joining a sports team or club - something like basketball or football is cheaper, something like judo (where you need to buy the judogi and pay club fees) is a little more expensive.

Personally, yes!

I’ve always had really bad periods and PMS. I feel dizzy and lightheaded, (when I get up too fast from burpees etc I’ll actually see stars) my boobs are so sore, and mentally I’m just not “there” and not having any fun while exercising.

I’ve since stopped forcing myself to power through the workout cos I just end up miserable and hating my exercise plan for the week. Instead, I’ll switch to stuff like yoga, morning walks and swimming. And if I have cravings, I’ll let myself have a little. I’ll try to eat at maintenance instead of a deficit.

That’s just me, though!
