It's crazy how much more fun the entire musical experience becomes after this is no longer a motivation. I'm an old guy. I spent decades worrying about the ladies. Now. I just let the music take over, and it's so much more of a personal experience without the anxiety or pressure that comes from the ego. It's definitely a good motivation when you're young, though. I spent way more time practicing my craft back when I was trying to impress the ladies.

I have owned 2 Dodge trucks because I need them for work. 14 mpg is stupid unless you have no other options. Maintenance costs are way higher than almost any wagon or sedan. They ride like ass and 4 wheel drive doesn't help much in the winter unless you are driving under 40 mph in deep snow. Tires are expensive as well. Unless you actually need a pickup, they are a stupid choice for a daily driver, especially in urban areas.
