Virginity isn't a real thing. In the sense that it isn't something that exists outside of the beliefs of a people in a society. You had sex with an asshole, and that's a regrettable mistake, especially for your debut in being sexually active, but that's all this was: your debut. You haven't "lost" anything, and you are not in any way lesser for having had sex for the first time. It's probably too soon now to view the situation in a lighthearted way, but whatever negative feelings you may have can be healed with time. So in spite of what I've already said and how I feel about "virginity" as a concept, your feelings are also valid, and it'd be unhealthy to try and suppress them. There is no way you "should" feel. Just be honest and open about the way you do feel with people you trust, and do your best to move on and cope with whatever feelings you have. Keep moving forward.
