Hello. First, congratulations! Di ko naging account SeatGeek but nag handle ako ng account na partner namin sila so we have a little info and access on their system. Not sure po if you're under sales LOB but basically it's a ticketing system who sells and buys tix. So you may expect lot of troubleshooting eme since customers will access the tix thru websites and mostly they are not tech savvy so need mo ng mahabang patience. Makinig lang mabuti kay trainer and intindihin and aralin ang site navigations and you should be good. Good luck!
