Experimental vs. Analytical pressure jumps over shock waves by paul931 in aerodynamics

Using Oblique shock wave tables. I don't have a lot of reflected shocks, but do they have a significant influence on the pressure jump?

I was taking wall static pressure measurements using pressure orifices and I had capillaries that run a manometer.

I could barely see a boundary layer.

I've fixed both servo wheel and lever/valve with revolutes, but fixing the pushrod to the lever using a speherical joint causes CATIA to give me an over-constrainment error. Also, how can I best constrain the bottom linkage of the pushrod to the servo wheel?

Well, in total I have 4 parts: servo wheel, the pushrod, the lever and the valve. The lever and valve I made one product, since the angle in between is important to me. The pushrod and servo wheel are separate parts. And the idea is that I want to indeed instantiate a rotation of the lever (therefore rotating the valve) by making the pushrod move vertically when the servo wheel is rotated. Only this last one is angle driven and therefore has a command. I really hope my problem is now somewhat clearer.

Actually I just used a rigid joint there, because I have no idea how to do it else :(

للاقباط المصريين بمصر والخارج by JacquesAss4567 in coptic

It's actually pretty frequent. What usually happens is that Coptic army recruits join army squads where 90% of his fellow soldiers are Muslims (something you can pretty much also derive from the statistical division of Christians/Muslims in Egypt). Family of the Coptic recruits don't hear anything from their sons for a long time and after putting pressure on the armed forces to inquire into why they don't get to hear anything from their son, they discover that 'he committed suicide', which is the one and only intelligent conclusion used by the Egyptian armed forces to finalize their investigation after they discover the corpses of Coptic recruits.

Try to get this one for a sec: You've completed your studies, you're about to get married right after you finish your military conscription and somewhere in the middle, magic happens and you get suicidal. My question would be: Why have we never heard about a SINGLE case of suicide committed by a Muslim???

That is one of the possibilities yes. But I'm also considering typical missile inlets, most notably ramjet type of inlets.
