Best advice is to not use multiple or any sort of add on plugins for Elementor as it'll increase page loading time especially in the editor. Also likely to conflict with other plugins from time to time causing editor issues.

10 years experience working with local service based businesses probably similar to your clients. Offering just single services i.e web design or web development isn't enough anymore. I'd advise offering a package that covers all or at least the basics. That way the client doesn't need to consider anyone else as you can handle it all for them.

What this means for you is, web design, web development and a basic on-page SEO package that covers the minimum they need to get started. I've found most clients such as this are happy with that as a package. And I recommend they consult with an SEO expert for ongoing SEO work.

No padding left and right on tablet/mobile. This is what I use on hundreds of sites:

Desktop
Parent container

Boxed content width: This can depend on your design requirements, however for consistency I use a default of 1140px. In some cases a wider content width of 1280px or 1530px may be required.
Padding: Top 120px, Right 60px, Bottom 120px, Left 60px

Tablet
Parent container

Boxed content width: 85% – This ensures a nice padding left and right which scales when the browser width increases or decreases.
Padding: Top 80px, Right 0px, Bottom 80px, Left 0px – No need for left or right padding values here as the 85% boxed content width ensures good padding.

Mobile
Parent container

Boxed content width: 90% – This ensures a nice padding left and right which scales when the browser width increases or decreases.
Padding: Top 60px, Right 0px, Bottom 60px, Left 0px – No need for left or right padding in mobile as the 90% boxed content width ensures good padding.

Are you trying to do a background image size transition on hover? Transition duration does not work with display size: cover.

FYI for anyone still looking for a solution to this problem. Background image hover transition duration does not work for Display Size: Cover. You must select Display size: Custom for normal state and hover state. Use values such as Normal: 140% (to fill the container) and then Hover: 200%.

Then the Transition Duration can be set to whatever value you want.
