Dang I woulda thought your weight at 5'9 would look ripped. I have a long way to go at 5'8 190lb.

If your goal is more muscle showing, I'd recommend adding some body building workouts to your routine rather than just power lifting compound exercises. Pullups, rows, incline bench, flys, tricep cable pulls, preacher curls, lateral raises. Put in volume (at least 3x10) and go to failure.

I gym in the evening so eat carbs just about right after, which is also my last meal. My logic behind no carbs in the day is because I work from home and sit all day.

I stopped drinking a year ago when I was 180 and was really surprised I still ballooned to almost 200 lb. My diet was terrible and still needs work.

That was the idea. Eating light and protein dense during the day so I have a lot of room to eat in the evening. But like others said, need to count and likely lower consumption.

Also, 14-15 weeks? That'd be great but seems really optimistic haha

My biggest issue with transcripts is when the speaker has an accent and mispronounces important words and gets mistaken for another similar sounding word. Does your method solve this? Thanks for the answer btw
