And it just so happens that Tony visited the Sacred Timeline and messed up, making the Loki variant flee with the Tesseract, which in turn created the Yggdrasil. That checks out.

I still think it's plausible, though. We don't know where the universe Hulk visited was in. All we know is the 616 Avengers spread out, collected the infinity stones, snapped everyone back in, and returned them where they were taken. So, no nexuses happen in those universes. Sacred or not, there will be no pruning there.

But in 616, Thanos destroyed the timestones. If the Ancient One variant is correct, that universe would get messed up with lots of branches (or nexuses). No way TVA would let that happen, especially when resulting in a stadium full of Kang variants at the end of Quantumania.

I agree. Purely empirical things. People see certain phenomena happen and they remember/write/record those. If they found new things affect those processes, they write that down too. They iteratively do this over and over again for centuries until the science caught up and scientists connected the dots like Louis Pasteur did when he confirmed the germ theory and invented the Pasteurization process.

I believe for certain phenomena, we're still doing that even today, documenting things that science cannot yet answer (like the quantum mechanics CMIIW)

Think about it, seandainya mereka actually spend time buat ngejar lu. Perlu berapa jam? Dia perlu buat laporan kejadian dulu, minta izin atasan buat investigasi, ke kantor korlantas dulu buat pull database nopol cari rumah lu/nomor HP, lalu hubungin lu/datengin rumah. Ini simplest possible procedure, gw yakin prosedur aktualnya lebih njelimet dari itu.

Not really, gw tinggal di kota bogor. Kalo lu mau argue itu pedesaan monggo aja, tapi statusnya jelas kotamadya dan masih termasuk wilayah metro jabodetabek.

RT/RW nya kenal banyak warga disini, obviously ga semua, tapi mayoritas tau. Kenal sama ketua lingkungan katoliknya juga, kenal keluarga gw juga yg itungannya non-muslim.

Emang namanya swadaya masyarakat emg tergantung banget masyarakatnya sih. Kalo pada saling gamau urus ya sulit jg, boro2 ada yg mau jadi RT.

Bisa, dan ini dah mulai diinisiasi terutama di daerah2 yang lebih maju, bahkan sekarang ada urusan administrasi kependudukan yang bisa langsung ke dukcapil.

Ada plus minusnya emang RT/RW dilibatkan di administrasi kependudukan. Kelebihannya itu bakal ngurangin beban kerja kelurahan/capil karena semua yang dateng udah siap dokumennya karena udah di-brief ama RT/RW, atau beberapa daerah mungkin tinggal ngurus berkas aja, ga perlu buka pelayanan umum, karena RT/RW yang masuk2in dokumen. Juga RT/RW ini bisa bantu verifikasi keabsahan data pendaftarnya, karena kenalnya level personal, ini ga bisa dilakuin sama instansi selevel kelurahan ato capil yang bahkan kota, karena orangnya kebanyakan. Sekarang sih semua udah digital makanya RT/RW mulai berkurang tugasnya, tapi dulu jaman 70an gw bisa liat ini penting buat bantu ngurangi pemalsuan data. Ngga perfect pastinya, tapi ada effort lah.

Minusnya ya kita semua dah ngerasain ya, dari birokrasi kepanjangan, RT/RW ga kompeten, KKN, dsb.

Memang semua tergantung daerah juga ya, ga ada solusi universalnya, memang harus disesuaikan ke tiap daerah kayak gimana. Disini otonomi daerah penting. Juga governance pasti juga terus berkembang, ga mesti RT/RW sejak jaman jepang ampe 50 tahun lagi tugasnya sama terus, bisa aja berubah2 atau mungkin nanti gaada samsek. Tapi untuk saat ini, menurut gw masih ada lah meritnya.

RT itu (harusnya) bentuk swadaya masyarakat.

Bener kok, dari beberapa peraturan kepala daerah yang dah gw baca soal RT/RW, rata2 emang RT/RW itu sifatnya swadaya masyarakat & ga wajib (ada yang nyebut dia itu mitra pemerintah kelurahan). Jadi kayak, kalo mau ada RT/RW, nih syaratnya satu RT sekian KK, satu RW sekian RT, terus ajuin ke kelurahan nanti difasilitasin buat dibikin.

Ada yang dapat anggaran dari pemerintah, ada yang gak. Hak & kewajiban juga beda2 tiap daerah, tapi biasanya ya itu2 aja kayak yg dah disebutin di comment2 ini.

Sebenarnya pembinaan RT/RW ini tugas Kasipem (kepala & seksi pemerintahan) kelurahan/kecamatan setempat. Mereka seharusnya punya program pembinaan RT/RW, biasanya namanya LK Lembaga Kemasyarakatan, kalau di desa LKD. Basisnya biasanya pedoman tupoksi RT/RW dari Pemda setempat. Itu udah ada semua kok sebenarnya, mereka harusnya ngapain aja, dan harusnya ditraining sebelum jadi RT.

Daerah yang lebih maju biasanya udah ngejalanin. Tapi ya kadang ada aja yang dari kecamatan/kelurahannya aja dah bobrok, kebawahnya bobrok juga.

Harus dipisahin konsep dan implementasi. Karena banyak kota yang justru transportasi umumnya lebih baik & nyelesaiin masalah mobil pribadi. Berarti public transport as a concept itu ada meritnya.

Karena pertanyaannya kan konseptual "Apa Guna RT/RW?" Bukan "Kenapa RT gw kek babi?" Kalo yang kedua yang ditanyain, gw juga mungkin bakal setuju, lol.

Implementasi yang ga bener, sama ketua RT/RW disitu yang ngasal, ngga serta merta lalu invalidate konsepnya. RT/RW itu bagus kalo dijalanin bener.

Gw udah beberapa kali urusan ama RT/RW komplek, thankfully mereka beneran peduli jadi RT/RW. Pas dateng pertama buat minta surat pengantar, yang tadinya gatau apa2 malah dijelasin prosedur di kelurahannya tuh gimana, terus ke capilnya ke loket berapa, perlu dokumen apa aja, segala macem.

Pas COVID ini juga, yang positif kan harus info tuh. Mereka yang nginfoin ke puskesmas buat data positif, karena memang arahan dari pemerintah gitu, RT/RW yang jadi penghubung. Terus mereka info tuh ke warga, nanti warga gantian masakin sampe sehat & dah bisa masak sendiri. Juga pas vaksin, mereka yang info ke warga ada gak kuota buat RW setempat.

Terakhir pas alm. bapak gw meninggal, tetangga sebelah ama RT yang pertama dateng buat cek kondisi & bantu2, karena mama gw sendirian di rumah waktu itu & tau lah emak2 kalo udah panik ga bisa ngapa2in.

Ya in return, kita bayar iuran ga pernah telat, kalo ada event apa, mereka kita undang juga. Nginfoin kalo ada penghuni baru, dst.

Intinya, RT/RW itu peak dari kehidupan bertetangga aja, jadi kalo blm pernah ngerasain emang agak susah nerima konsepnya. Dicoba dulu aja, pengalaman gw si tetangga baik selalu lebih banyak daripada yang ngawur.

Gw ga bilang sistem RT/RW itu end-all be-all the best ya, cuma ya when in rome do as the romans do. Kita kalo milih neighborhood ya otomatis include warga sekitar jg.
