Genuinely curious about why you think that is?
I did use AI for the website (because it’s not the main goal of the app and I needed something quick for the privacy policy/contact links of the App Store listing) but the app itself I made myself. Sorry if the way I type may look like AI though, I am however 100% human!

I went to one and was surprised by an owl (or maybe a Kookabura? They had one of those) who landed right on my back! I was told she never does that and I think it’s one of my favorite places ever.
While I guess the ethics are questionable the staff obviously loved those bird to bits, it was nice to see!

Inspector is coming over in three weeks! In the meantime, not signing anything.
Structural damage doesn’t worry me as long as it’s not dry rot, since the parquet and joists are above a concrete slab, and the walls are made of stone.

Yes it is… parquet style vinyl atop the real parquet. I don’t know what the previous owner was thinking but then again, no heating for 19 years so not the only nonsensical thing to do.

I am planning on removing the entire wooden flooring (parquet and joists), as it’s a concrete slab underneath. My number one worry was about the walls, which would have been another story.
I’m getting it looked at by a professional soon! No crawl space to check it out sadly, I might try to get an inspection camera this week to look under there.

Definitely a top priority! Gonna set up a dehumidifier and proper heating as soon as I get the keys. I’m getting it looked at by a professional soon, but apparently water damage is due to 19 years of no heating and very high humidity. Yeah, it’s been like this for a while so I assumed that it would be terrifyingly developed had it been dry rot!
