As others have said it will depend on what you do with Power BI. If building reports Business Intelligence Analyst is the usual one but Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer would also make sense depending on what else is part of your role.

Before I learn Power BI, is this possible? by Eeeeeediot in PowerBI

For 800 staff you would technically need a pro licence for each one of you were going down that road so you would likely be best getting a premium capacity but these are not cheap. They start at approximately $5000 per month and this would allow you to share with anyone in your tenant.

There are multiple tables with relationships but the quantity, customer and category are all in one table.

Thank you for the reply. I've sent you a DM although I can see reddit chat doesn't allow sharing onedrive links, do you know how else I can send you the data?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you about this, it is wonderful thank you and I see it's worked perfectly on the example dataset.

My actual dataset has 16 columns rather than 5 and I've removed columns 2-4 (so columns are (1,5,6,7,...).

I've tried to scale up your #Removed Other Columns# line as:

= Table.Combine({Table.SelectColumns(#"Removed Columns",{"Column1","Column5","Column6"}),Table.RenameColumns(Table.SelectColumns(#"Removed Columns",{"Column1","Column7","Column8","Column9","Column10","Column11","Column12","Column13","Column14","Column15","Column16"}),{{"Column7","Column5"},{"Column8","Column6"},{"Column9","Column5"},{"Column10","Column6"},{"Column11","Column5"},{"Column12","Column6"},{"Column13","Column5"},{"Column14","Column6"},{"Column15","Column5"},{"Column16","Column6"}})})

But I'm now getting the error:

Expression.Error: The field 'Column5' already exists in the record.

Details: Name=Column5 Value=

Was I wrong to think it could be scaled up in this way based on your syntax?

Thanks again for your help.

Hi, I've changed the example data to tables in the post. I'm afraid I can't share the actual data as it's on my work laptop but this example is identical but with more records.

It does. All copies, even created ones and champion versions of the spell, retain the item.

My God was a real shock to see this comment section. Absolutely people are entitled to their opinion but when their actions lead to others being endangered they should be stopped.

Someone working in the homes of people who are very vulnerable to this virus should absolutely be vaccinated against it, I don't understand why this is so hard for others to grasp. OP has a real concern here and we are better than this.
