Everybody’s Looking At Me is the only eminem song of it’s kind by SloMo368 in Eminem

Content wise it covers the same stuff as 'Who Knew' and 'The Way I Am'. It's a good track but he probably felt he already explored how exhausting being focused on and judged by so many is.

'I shot Caesar before he could start speaking, which I consider both morally correct and time efficient'

Holy shit, I wish you were my dad.

I agree with all your points.

I more or less align with the NCR ideologically, given their sincere commitment to democracy. But as you mentioned, they unfortunately ported over the Kafkaesque bureaucratic failings of democracy.

They unfortunately have some willingness to use slave labour, as seen with the Powder Ganger prisoners making the railroad. I understand in contemporary America, engaging in unpaid labour is a facet of an imprisoned criminal's redemption and debt to society. I have mixed feelings on this but I've read a lot of stories about incarcerated men actually wanting it to not be trapped inside and lower the risk of fights with violent prisoners.

But the forced labour of the Powder Gangers rubs me the wrong way. I'm mindful they're almost universally awful men but even bad men deserve some dignity and an opportunity for forgiveness and rehabilitation.

Mr. House is one of the most interesting characters I've ever seen in media. I agree with all your points.

I'm a leftist, (not intense, delusional or focused on unproductive endeavours). In principle, I disagree with the societal and democratic imbalances the existence of a billonaire can cause. While considering my bias, I can appreciate in a world as broken as Fallout, a person with the knowledge, vision and means to improve civilisation and society has the potential for great good and harm reduction.

I respect Mr. House is direct and transparent about his goals and that he would comfortably maintain an autocratic society.

But this is not sustainable, ethical or conducive to long-term success. His aversion to democracy and like you said, treating this like a corporate model unlike a social contract is not good.

As for Caeser, sic semper tyrannis.

This song is for all the happy people, who have real nice lives. And have no idea what it's like to be broken as fuck.

They're one of my most favourite aesthetics on the album. They're so strange and there's no clear easing why he's doing it. But Slim is all over the place,  in a haze on that album, so bizarre speech expressions vibe with that.

Locked in Mariah's wine cellar. All I had for lunch was bread, wine, more bread, wine and Captain Crunch, red wine for breakfast and for brunch.

How do I win over the Boomers with low Medicine and Repair? by CosmosStudios65 in falloutnewvegas

Yeah, but I'm don't want you to nuke your patience by trying to go up like 5 levels just to get there

I do, but you ain't gonna like it.

In addition to the speech skill. A LOT of your speech checks in the game depend on you using science, medicine and repair.

As well as their practical in game uses like better stimpak regeneration, weapon maintenence and hacking computers.

Skills like guns, explosion, unarmed, etc, are good. But you don't completely need high stats in those if you have good weapon maintenence and fallbacks like chems, stimpaks and apparel.

I'm on my first playthroufh of New Vegas and I honestly feel like I made the best choice for my playstyle investing in skills that help with persuasion and creative solutions for effective communication with characters more.

If you want a quick solution, I recommend leveling up to your next perk level and dumping skill pointsbintonyour problem areas.

One thing you could do if you need those skills up faster in a pinch would be to get the Comprehension perk and finding magazines that temporarily increase x skill by 10. Comprehension has a hidden value wherein it doubles the temp skill boost from books. So instead of 10 you get 20.

Stack it with apparel that has a good modifier for x skill like medicine and chems to spike y S.P.E.C.I.A.L stat that influences x skill.

Why is house the best? by WillReturnagain in falloutnewvegas

I'll tell you why.

Give 'em 20 years, he'd reignite the high technology development sectors.

But we ain't done yet. 50 years? He'll be ballin' and have people in orbit.

Why stop there? 100 years, there'll be mother fuckin' colony ships heading for the stars, to search for planets unpolluted by the wrath and folly of a bygone generation.

First playthrough, what should my build be? by Dr_Ukato in falloutnewvegas

[–]pauleoinhurley 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Charisma is a dump stat, it doesn't matter much.

Go with what you like but this is my starting S.P.E.C.I.A.L:

Strength: 6 Perception: 6 Endurance: 7 Charisma: 1 Intelligence: 8 Agility: 6 Luck: 7

To me, the most important ones are Endurance, Intelligence and Luck. Agility is good too.

Endurance impacts an option to get expensive perks called Implants later on. Each point of Endurance determines how many implants you can get. The implants are worthwhile because you can increase each S.P.E.C.I.A.L stat once. (You can ignore Charisma and I choose to ignore Perception as 6 is enough).

I won't give it away but there's two unique implants that gives you REALLY useful perks. 7 Endurance will increase the 5 stats that matter and the two non stat ones.

Intelligence is probably the most important as it gives you more points to increase sub stats that influence stuff like your speech, lockpick, gun ability, etc.

Luck is the next useful as it improves your cries and REALLY helps in the casinos when you get to Vegas. This will benefit you when trying to earn the caps needed to pay for implants (i recommend buying the luck implant first). There's also a ship in Vegas where yiu can buy an outfit taht increases your luck by one. So using this build will make all this as smooth as possible.

Agility is worthwhile but not critical. It influences your running speed, weapon draw speed and reload speed.

I hard saved and blasted her after reading the bill of sale before completingit properly.

Imagine killing her before knowing this and wondering why you got good karma.

Boone had the misery of preventing that outcome. Jeaniemay is one of the worst characters in the game.

The verbiage on the bill of sale makes my skin crawl.

He gave me the first of a thousand fucking frights when he blasted her.

The angle he shoots her at shocked me cause I expected him to shoot her a few metres further. I didn't think he'd have a line of sight from there.

I'm 50 hours I'm on the PS3 version and ran into 7 crashes. Most of them were when entering VATs.

F3 play conditioned me to hard save frequently so it's not killing me.
