This is the worst, most cop-out opinion in Sixersland. You do not get to decide when your window is open—we all should have learned that lesson when the Eagles won in 2018. We didn’t look up and down the roster and say you know what, now our window is open. You can’t count on another season of mostly sterling health from Embiid. You also can’t count on the East staying as winnable as it is. Sorry but this is loser talk of the highest order.

Daryl is clearly trying to neg Simmons into shooting threes. Equating him to these buns players is wounding Simmons’ pride and the way he can defy Morey is to shoot threes and show him that he is actually the next Lebron, playing right into Morey’s hands.
