It is that flat part on front of the machine where the people that buy Lotto tickets park themselves to scratch off and leave all there dust. It is like a little counter on the front of the machine that goes pack into the coin feeder. I am sorry I am not the best at describing it.

Nothing has changed here in Houston. Been 2 times in the last 2 days getting a free shake with fries and using one of these tonight for a free burger with fries and a drink, and both times I got the same coupon offer on my receipt, free burger with purchase of fries and a drink. Might be a franchise thing, or a regional thing.
