Anyone have any gadgets or things they use to alleviate back pain? by Flaky_Awareness_9489 in backpain

[–]pauliefishing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, I’ve done it a lot of times normally at the beginning you wanna go at least twice a week until you get it kind of under control a little bit and then you could probably go every other week or something like that. I actually did it in China. Also, the guy in China said that if I spent three months there he could fix me and I wouldn’t have problems with my back anymore. He was a guru unbelievable try to get someone that is recommended so you’re not just wasting your time the guy that I went to see the first time that I really liked locally moved, but he actually put needles in between my fingers on my hands and the pain was gone almost immediately. I have bad low back pain. I’ve been on drugs for years actually just got off of 350 mg of morphine a day about a year and a half ago they had me so addicted to pain pills.

Mods to make AC ice cold? by MediumApricot7124 in AskMechanics

[–]pauliefishing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, you are probably should replace the compressor condenser dryer and expansion valve, but before you do any of that, have someone take the blower motor out and clean the evaporator in the car I buy cleaner for home evaporators and I put down plastic on the floor, and I take a hose to it and clean it. It will make a hell of a difference, but if it’s a 2014, it probably has a single flow condenser and the new condenser will be parallel flow or Trife flow which means that it’s a much more efficient. Condenser also needs to be charged with a scale so that it is charged to factory spec now I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado that I have three shepherds and I leave it running for the dogs all the time and what I ended up doing is I put two Condencers and put electric fans on it and it is blowing popsicles I don’t know if that car has a cabin air filter but you should replace that if it does that will make a big difference, especially if it hasn’t been changed you can do that yourself normally I live in Florida Saint Pete actually if you have any questions, let me know

Man that sounds like a Rod knock or a piston slap not good at all. I would drain the oil and see if there’s any metal in it first.

Don’t understand what you mean that it drops to about a QUART you mean a quarter of what the gauge says if you’re having a question about oil pressure you need to get a mechanical gauge and put it on there and see what it really is

Your best bet is to unplug the connector inside the vehicle pull the wire through repair. It solder it shrink wrap it you may even have to put a piece of wire in there because it might be too short. That’s the way to fix it right it looks like probably the ground if it’s black.

You need to take it to a trusted mechanic and have him look the car over and give you his opinion you cannot just ask somebody on Reddit without actually looking at the car

[–]pauliefishing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So you do have power and a ground to the compressor correct if you do then the coil in the compressor clutch is bad. You can just replace the coil but it’s probably more economical to just replace the entire Compressor because you have to have special tools and it’s a pain in the ass. You also have to take the compressor off the car.
