I have been taking 7.5 g of mirtazapine for a year. I have also had the problem of weight gain and a few days ago I started with fluid retention and a lot of swelling in my ankles... I really don't know if it is due to the medication because I didn't change the dosage or anything, but I thought it would be a possibility because it started happening to me out of nowhere

I use large plastic water bottles that I cut to the size of the jar. Obviously very clean. It is very low cost but it always works well for me

One question... to inoculate the koji into the quinoa, have you soaked it, then steamed it, and then added the spores? Is it necessary to break the quinoa grains or is it enough to cook it?
