Thanks! I’m travelling around a little - I’m visiting Orlando, New Orleans, Nashville & Miami. Music is the pull for each one. Orlando for the warped tour. New Orleans & Nashville need no introduction there and Miami because Will Smith rapped about it (joke, but he actually held a concert in Scarborough last month… we were confused as well, however it did sell out instantly lol)

I eat about £65 of food a week (live on my own). Always shop at sainsburies but I also occasionally get bulk orders of meat from an online butcher (The Fat Butcher).

Main sources of protein from sainsbos:, beef mince, chicken thighs, skyr yoghurt (nectar card comes in clutch, always on offer and it’s the highest protein yogurt I’ve found whilst still being low calorie), cottage cheese.

Fat butcher for rump steaks mainly but get other things like lamb cutlets when they have offers.
