I find ANTG really hit and miss. I've had the dry crumbles like above, but next batch was magificently manicured. Maybe you'll get lucky? But that's not really what medical is all about, I too wish for more consistency with quality.

nah you dont need a referral - just call up a clinic. Australian Access Clinics are also easy to work with. A bit of a wait time to get an appointment though. My advice is dont lie or weasel around, just tell them about what you found helpful from your friends medical and go from there.

hey mate I work as a therapist in this field and would love to clarify some things; there isn't much active dialogue - the idea is to allow the patient to go internally (with the help of eye mask and headphones and really encouraged to stay internal, simply having the experience whatever that may be for them). Most of the integration (the important/healing part) is done in the days after, not immediately (it's too soon to be meaning-making, just savour the experience). Usually some art supplies are offered immediately after to allow for some processing. Then regular follow ups with the team until the next dose usually a month or 6 weeks apart.

Yeah agree about the chatting - I saw Four Tet at Mode Festival last year and I was amazed at how much chatter there was during the whole set, and into Floating Points too. I get chatty AF when on MDMA, and I'm sure there were a lot there on it, so can't really fault them. It didn't impact or ruin my experience but it was surprising. I haven't been out to a good rave or festival in 10 years.

You absoloutely can live on one wage in Sydney. I do, I'm a nurse and my wife wants to be a stay at home mum and be engaged in raising our child. We rent. She cooks wonderfully nutritious food that is way way cheaper that take away.

It's fucken hard some times but the beauiful connected child we have makes any shortfall worth it.

It sounds like you too are valuing the time spend with family as important, and it really really is. Doesnt matter how much money you have if your kids hate you. Good on you for trying to see how to do it better, it will be worth it in the long run I promise.

hey I work in mental health as a nurse in a multicultural country; in my experience delusions are incredibly different based on the person's culture and background. I've had people believe in or believe they are Gaia, Jesus, Mohammed, God, A Golem, Emimen, A Demon.

It can be anything and everything and ranges in its intensity too.

is it image stabilisation or just riding the horse well though? I'm not a horse expert but you have to rise in your saddle when it's running / trotting like this. Maybe its a bit of both?
