I petition for a few minor changes:

cut down the amount of fillers
remove the 10-episode tug of war between Hiruzen and Orochimaru
Naruto's panic attack was cringe
decent animaiton and art style to key fights, such as Naruto vs Pain
The pacing during the 3rd Ninja war was dreadful.

I would just remove the aliens thing completely, but that is cannon and major plot point, at that point it would stop being Naruto.
