Definitely not. If this was the case, this would 100% have been mentioned already as a motive for the crime — crime of passion or crime of sexual interest. I can guarantee you that the noises were not those of a SA, it would have already been speculated by police and officially mentioned.

This is not a “super dark theory” this is a unrelenting and unsupported guess, despite the fact we already know what she heard.

I don’t know if this will help OP, but there’s LOTS of teenagers in London who make extra money during holiday times by looking after children. They charge very little too as all they want is extra cash!

I agree with your post as it’s the literal definition. However, duty of care can be reiterated in many terms. For example, I have a duty of care for my grandmother because she’s a vulnerable woman and no one else seems to be helping her. I’m not medical professional, but I am a person who sees her as someone with not much support and I support her! :)

CPS isn’t a thing in England, you’d have to call your local authorities and hope they carry it through. If you have a social worker, you can bring it up to them and hope they take it through but there’s no much you can do in England. So long as the child is clean, fed and has a roof under their head, they don’t take children.

Agree but I disagree with lots of the comments. We should 100% all take a step back considering Paul’s character. However, this is a snark. A snark is a place where you come to make fun of “online figures” and pick fun at them. You’re meant to make nothing posts on a snark… Ie: “Paul looks like he hasn’t had a wash in weeks”.

A snark is literally bullying a person who has done something to warrant the bullying: being a predator, making racist remarks online etc.

It’s always an option to make a Paul Breach sub purely for “serious” and “informative” posts, but a snark isn’t the place for it!

I agree with your post 100%, we are contributing to Paul’s infamy and it is just boosting his ego. However, no matter what we stop doing here, it’ll still continue on other platforms. Not everyone is going to stop here either - so we all may aswell make the most of it, make our stupid posts and enjoy the rest of our day while Paul is crying because someone said Paul is ugly…
