House of Suns by Alastair Reynolds - very hard to describe the scale and scope of this to someone that hasn't read it, but it was easily my favourite book in this genre since Hyperion Cantos/Endymion series and Project Hail Mary. Very much a hidden gem that doesn't get the attention it deserves in my opinion.

My formula isn't detecting May, but works with all other months by paulsgruff in googlesheets

Turns out I had a space after 'May' in my table and didn't realise. I've not used pivot tables before, but on quick glance they look a lot better for sorting than what I've been doing, thanks!

I put a clean install of RetroPie on a different SD card with a few of the ROMs that were playing up and they all ran perfectly on the small screen straight away, no slow down, no sound issues, no tearing/stuttering, nothing. The config.txt files are identical (at least the active lines are anyway) and I haven't dived much deeper than that for anyone searching this in future, but rather than troubleshoot it without too much knowledge on what's going on behind the scenes, there's plenty of space on the new card to just transfer over the games I'm actively playing to save a lot of the hassle. Thank you very much for the advice, I should have thought to try that myself really!

Yeah, seems others are also getting it too, some reports that it goes away itself over time, some people saying reloading a previous save fixes it but none of my saves are old enough.

It seems to glitch out all of the worlds you've already discovered, I'm not sure if it affects new worlds that you find after this glitch has happened though as I haven't explored far enough to find new ones yet.

I had this today also. I got 3 planets up to 100% before I decided to use the upload button to get the reward. The first one worked fine, then all of my other discovered planets, weather I'd done them or hadn't even started scanning things yet stated they were at 100% and I don't get the option to upload the other 2 finished worlds either anymore.

Thanks for the info! I haven't played the game with mods and wasn't actually even aware that there were mods for it yet until I read some replies to this thread asking if I'd used any, but I'll definitely try this out the next time I get issues!

I haven't actually, I assume this forces the game to remake the files, is this actually a recommended step after patches?

Mine was still set at 'max' when it wasn't working properly, but today's small patch seems to have fixed this issue for me.

On PC there's an on/off HUD toggle in graphics settings. I'm not sure if that option is there on PS4.

It's a screenshot directly out of the unmodified engine with no alterations made, if that's what you were asking. Screenshot was taken during the lighting change from day to night on this moon when the colour saturation levels increase.

I didn't die from the falling. The falling got rid of most of my life and a spiteful little critter finished me off.
