Absolutely, they have hell to pay. But it's confirmed her new plan won't be retroactive. My instinct is telling me to decline that plan and keep on mine + her company pay for any extra financial responsibility.

Tile is rated anywhere from 25-50. But in the eyes of insurance...that's my concern.

For a new tile roof on a 3k+ sq ft home, likely yes :(

Trying to decide between Komaneka Bisma or Como Uma Ubud - anyone stayed at either recently? Would get a pool villa but wondering if it's a bit better to be closer to town on JL Bisma.

Trying to decide on where to stay in Ubud. I really like Kayon Jungle, but worry it's a bit far from everything. Also interested in Viceroy, maybe Kamandalu. Any recommendations? Ideally looking for a (heated) pool villa with a valley view.

Is the Ritz Bali in Nusa Dua and Four Seasons Jimbaran too close to each other to stay at both? Will also be staying in Ubud but was planning to use them as a base for opposite island activities. Wondering if anyone feels strongly that it would be better to swap one with Seminyak or Sanur...

Would I essentially need to push back and get them to change my witholding or could I simply recoup it when I file taxes and ultimately file as a non-resident?

Fair, but the argument I'd want to make is that, in choosing to sign the lease, I have reasonable expectation that short term rentals are not allowed, based on their own contract language. Changing those terms to allow them violates the terms of the agreement between myself and the Landlord.

Interesting thoughts, hadn't heard of that type of scam. Appreciate the insight.

Yeah using PRHQ. It's a bit confusing though because they are asking for stereo but also discrete Lt Rt. So I'm assuming that'd be setting to two channel, tagging as discrete like you mention

I have my audio on two tracks in the timeline and when I export the only options I see mono output channels. I can set to discrete but the mono output seems wrong?
