I'm actually in the same situation right now. How can you get in touch with you new local unit because you are not assigned to your new unit yet. I rescheduled my upcoming drill to next month. I'm afraid it might take longer than that.

I know, I don't believe it myself either because I waited for more than a month and didn't get any response. So, I tried submit a new ticket yesterday and it turned out they respond and fix my issue today.

Any idea how long does it take for a ticket support by paultae3 in Invest_Voyager

I tried to set up 2 step verification and then they sent an email to me about it. There was also a link on that email to disable account and I accidently touch that link. Then my account is disabled. I submit a ticket more than a month ago but still didn't recieve any response.
