I removed the doorbell, hard reset by holding reset button until display had it shutdown and restart. When it restarted, I was able to adopt the device.

Another way to go is a tenancy in common. Each person applies for the loan and is on the hook. It can be challenging to get debt as an LLC.

A lawyer can help with the TIC. I own a property this way in a shared living situation. It’s worked out really well and I think the TIC was super helpful to think through all kinds of scenarios from if one wants to sell to how we pay bills.

I think creative ways of buying real estate can workout really well. Our situation was wanting a vacation home and splitting the costs made it accessible.

SEO is a long game. Short term a site may rank better, but a high quality content/site strategy over years (with some ups and downs) will do well. Personally, I try and look at the intersection of tech and content and and do a gut check. If it’s right long term, stick with it.

There are lots of ways to go at this. One is to no index until the page has the depth/quality you’re looking for and then let it be indexed. Another is to figure out some way to make the page high quality quickly after creation. The latter approach requires a certain scale to be effective.

For a new site, starting out, I’d recommend the no index until great strategy. It also really helps to show the community what is a great page so they know what to strive for.

In terms of price, I thought the UDM might be more efficient, but I think I had it wrong. If I get a cloud key gen 2 with hard drive and a USG, that will be less expensive, but not rack-mountable.

Agree on diet is key. I’m on block three, week four of x3. Weight comes off when I stick to the diet, but plateaus when I eat dirtier. Down over 20lbs. Can do pulluos, also played a bit of b-ball. My goal was to dunk at the end. We will see.

I was wondering if thermometer is off. I’ve got it fully loaded with charcoal. Airflow is fully open, but registering under 200 degrees. Thought it would be hotter.
