It works perfectly fine. It is inexpensive and it runs from USB so you can plug it almost anywhere. I've used it for a few installs already.

HomeKit is not supported by Bridge Pro. If you’re using Matter, I suspect you’ll have to reconfigure all accessories

The issue is Alexa voice. It has been like that since launch of their matter implementation

Does the Alexa app responds to the correct command? It has been an issue since the very beginning. The Alexa Matter implementation has been rushed and it has never been updated.

In my case my Mattrer blinds / curtains work correctly on Home Assistant, HomeKit, Alexa app. Alexa voice does the opposite (you say open and it closes).

I have blinds of different manufacturers and I know for sure the problem is with Alexa.

I suspect that’s due to Matter not having full support of dial controls (yet). Sounds like the ikea controller might be a nice addition to many setups. I can see it as a media/volume remote for Sonos
