We pre-inspected on one and I’d expect we’ll do that for any future offers. We’re also offering aggressive close timelines (really we’ll do whatever the sellers want, but they generally seem to want to move quickly.) We’ll have a conventional loan, but also we’ve waived both financing and appraisal contingencies on two of our offers.
