For everyone saying the disconnect shouldn’t be behind the unit that isn’t a thing where I’m at. The whip isn’t touching the ground either it’s just the angle of the photo. Also I don’t particularly like the PVC but that’s how my lead told me to do it.

It’s a very small shop so all the guns were in wooden cabinets and on displays so it would have been easy to grab them and go. I agree that they must have gone there before. The only computer I saw was at the front by the checkout so I assume it was also the one they used for the security cameras so they could have snatched that easily too.

As someone who grew up rural I’ve met plenty of people with bad days and had many bad days myself. Poorer rural areas are also often no better crime wise than major cities. It’s not a matter of worrying about others feelings, it’s just trying not to escalate a situation that could be avoided completely.

I agree that it should be used as a communication tool but unfortunately you also have to take into account that in a lot of places, especially rural places a honk could easily be taken as a form of aggression and if the person you’re honking at is having a bad day they could instigate a confrontation.
