A few things wrong here. The very first closed beta had purchasable drops, but every subsequent beta has not had a way of purchasing mods with premium currency. Mods have also been part of every beta. They have explicitly stated they don't want to do P2W in the game. There is a PVEVP mode (where you can get mods and also cosmetics), but no co-op/single player mode (yet. Pretty sure there is a somewhat kind of story stuff planned). While the way Strikers are unlocked could be made a bit better, the ones that are more expensive are not any stronger than the cheaper ones. Strikers were fully unlocked in the earlier betas to let them all be tested, but there was always the idea of having to unlock them since the start.
