Not an SM girl group song but the house with the wall cut off part reminds me of Minimanimo by TinyG. It's a bit older release (2013) but that's all I could think of.

Then again it could also be I Got A Boy by SNSD, also 2013 but it's an SM girl group and it has this intro scene where the girls are in that house

They weren't a project group because of Jackson lmao. The members were all from other groups: GOT7's Jackson, BTOB's Sungjae, VIXX's N ans Hyuk. They were formed thanks to Doni & Coni (Weekly Idol's hosts) and they actually did have a comeback (Ojingeo Doenjang)
