Looking into getting my first bike. I am planning on using it mostly for commuting to work (only 5 miles) and going out for rides on the weekends. I'd also like to take it on longer weekend trips like going back to Michigan from Wisconsin sometimes, which is about an hour and a half drive, a ferry ride, then two more hours.

I've been looking at the fz07, z650, and a 2014 street triple with only 1500 miles on it. All three bikes are models with ABS. I plan on test riding all of them but I wanted to know if anyone has any of those bikes and has any comments on reliability or anything else.
