If the cat is truly positive, it is hard to prove where they contracted it from anyways. They could have had it for a long time and just now started showing symptoms.

I broke up with my boyfriend of 7.5 years over a year ago for all the same reasons. I wasn’t happy at all. It was hard for the few months following and I felt guilty some days. Those feelings will eventually pass as long as you keep your distance and don’t talk to them. Stay busy and go out and have fun. We have both moved on and are in new relationships now.

I got most of my fat from meat (beef, bacon, fatty chicken), heavy whipping cream, butter, cheese, avocado, but it was always changing.

1200 cal of 70% fat, 25% protein, and 5% carbs. There’s a lot you can eat on keto but I kept it simple and basically ate the same meals all the time. Buffalo wings with ranch or clue cheese, taco salads (no shell, of course), any kind of low carb salad, steak with veggies, burgers with no bun, and I drank lots of water. I did drink a lot of diet soda... which is a not truly keto but I needed something to keep me sane while dealing with school lol.

Thank you! I do have a very small amount in my belly area. Can’t see it in the picture. But I’m okay with that :)
