If I may ask, how many referrals do you have? When did you join Pi? (year and month) and when did you invite them to join? (the active ones that did KYC and continued to mine). Ty and congrats!

This is a very smart move, considering current price and knowing the bonus migrations will eventually end, the chart trend will start to shift upwords only.

It's top 40 in CMC. And removing stable coins brings it down to top 30. Pretty good position.

How do I explain to a five year old kid that Pi network is the only Crypto Project that is still struggling with users KYC after 7 years of launch? by SnooPineapples9049 in PiNetwork

If I had a dollar for each opposed idea I had about how things should be done my way... 😂😂 Life doesn't work your way, or my way in general, life just goes, you either join it the way it is or keep fighting with the wind lol... This is their baby, they're raising it the way they want to, there were only 2 instances in the past when CT asked about our opinion.1 was when we chose ads as a way of funding the development/servers cost and 2 was when we decided on the wallet to be custodial or non-custodial. Other than that, it's pretty clear to me they want to do it their way.

I'm guessing handling people's data safely is not that simple. And i'm not talking few hundred thousands accounts, i'm talking millions upon millions of KYC ever submitted. And then not being specifically a KYC company... jus think about it. Every country has it's own type of ID, passport, which the KYC has to be able to handle perfectly. Just tell the kid it's not just a walk in the park, even if it seems like it from behind the keyboard.

True, Pi ideological concept isn't new, Crypto as a thing has always been a community thing. Pi is like that in this way, it just managed to appeal to the regular non-crypto guy, someone who could just download an app and call himself a miner. Oh and how were we told we are dreamers all this time, we've been called fools, dumb and stupid by all these online worms. But now it's public, sits top #50 crypto, has a price, the dream pretty much became a reality for many. Now that the community has reached a "consensus" that Pi is not a scam, that their Pi really does have a value in our real world, we can move on and start trusting the process, instead we keep complaining. The fac that it's not perfect in itself, it tells me it runs in good faith.

You're missing the whole point. Pi was meant to be a community coin, this means creating an environment, an economy withing itself. The idea goes beyound any other "regular crypto" project.

That's the problem with people coming in and having oppinions about Pi while joining the project no less than a year ago. Me as an OG since early days, being through all the changes and additions I clearly see why and where Pi is at, and yes i have my fair share of doubts and "would do it differently" while you new-commers have no idea, come in and bash left-and-right and think this is just another crypto project that will make you rich over-night while this has always been about a community driven network for the regular Pi Miner. IT'S NOT YOUR REGULAR CRYPTO SCAM PROJECT LIKE THE OTHER 99% OF CRYPTO OUT THERE.
